Enviro Infra's Suyog Urja wins 228 crore rupee LOI for 100 MW Ajani wind EPC in Maharashtra

Enviro Infra Engineers Limited's renewable energy subsidiary Suyog Urja Limited has received a letter of intent from ARIE Energy LLP for engineering, procurement and construction turnkey works on the 100 MW Ajani Wind Power Project at Ajani, Taluka Shirur Anantpal, in Maharashtra's Latur district, the company told Indian stock exchanges on October 15.

Enviro Infra Engineers Limited's renewable energy subsidiary Suyog Urja Limited has received a letter of intent from ARIE Energy LLP for engineering, procurement and construction turnkey works on the 100 MW Ajani Wind Power Project at Ajani, Taluka Shirur Anantpal, in Maharashtra's Latur district, the company told Indian stock exchanges on October 15.

The letter of intent carries a contract value of 228 crore rupees, excluding GST, and is to be executed by July 31, 2027, according to the company's exchange filing. Enviro Infra Engineers trades on the National Stock Exchange under the symbol EIEL and on BSE under scrip code 544290.

The award is Suyog Urja's second wind EPC letter of intent in consecutive months. In September 2026 the subsidiary received a 224.19 crore rupee LOI from Tata Power Renewable Energy Limited for EPC turnkey works on a 180 MW NTPC wind power project at Parli, Maharashtra, the filing said.

"This order, following our recent win for the 180 MW NTPC Wind Power Project, reflects our focus on scaling our renewable energy business through disciplined execution," Enviro Infra Engineers Chairman Sanjay Jain said in the filing's press release.

Enviro Infra Engineers, incorporated in 2009 and headquartered in New Delhi, built its business on water and wastewater treatment EPC for government authorities and has diversified into renewable energy through subsidiary EIE Renewables, with capabilities spanning solar, wind and battery energy storage systems, according to the company.

Limits: a letter of intent is a preliminary award, not a signed final contract, and execution timelines in such filings can shift. The contract value excludes GST, and no project completion or generation date beyond the July 31, 2027 execution deadline has been announced.
